The Personal Shopper Offering from Shop Your Way will provide personalized shopping experience to customers. SYW has utilized Abeyon’s chirrp, the multi channel chatbot to provide automated chatbot that can answer shopper questions 24×7, increase sales through recommendations, and enhance user engagement. Abeyon team worked with SYW team to analyze most frequently asked questions that chatbot needs to answer. The chatbot was also integrated with internal system to obtain member level information so personalized information can be provided.
The chatbot was deployed live for SYW members to be able to ask questions and get instant answers.
